195-0 Online is a short browser strategy game built around one difficult question: if the world handed you an imperfect list of famous people, how would you turn five of them into a functional cabinet? A finished cabinet needs a President, Vice President, General, Propaganda Minister, and Treasurer. Your result is a conquest score from zero to 195. A high score means the people you drafted fit their assigned jobs, complement one another, and survived the deterministic conditions attached to that run.

How to Spin a Country in 195-0 Classic
Before opening a candidate file, use the Country Respin button beside the current country. The candidate field stays the same while the country changes, producing a different eligible pool. You can repeat the action without a score penalty until the country-field combination gives your remaining cabinet roles a reasonable path. Once you open the pool, both respin buttons disappear for that round.
- Start a Classic draft and read the country shown in the briefing.
- Keep the current candidate field, then press Country Respin.
- Review the replacement country and repeat only while the pool remains unopened.
- Open the candidate file when the combination supports at least one role you still need.
Spinning a country does not erase appointments from earlier rounds and does not change the five offices you must fill. It only changes the current pool. That makes it useful when the field looks promising—Military for a General, for example—but the current country offers a weak or repetitive candidate list.
How to Respin a Candidate Category
Use Category Respin when the country is useful but the field does not fit your open seats. The country remains fixed while the field changes among Politics, Military, Business, Science, and Culture. As with a country spin, this action is available only before opening the pool and carries no direct scoring penalty.
Think about scarcity rather than hunting for fame. If General is still open, changing Culture to Military may protect the cabinet. If Treasurer remains empty, Business is usually the clearest target. Repeatedly spinning for one perfect category can still narrow your thinking, so open the file once the briefing offers two plausible appointments rather than one celebrity you expect to see.
How to Draft Five People to Conquer 195 Countries
Opening a file reveals between three and six eligible public figures from the selected country and field. Candidate names, national associations, and broad fields are based on public facts; the game does not reproduce biographies or claim endorsement. Choose one person to reach the assignment screen, then place that candidate in one unfilled office.
Every occupied role is disabled, so the fifth round always completes a President, Vice President, General, Propaganda Minister, and Treasurer. Classic Draft vs Daily Challenge
Classic is a sandbox for improvisation. Runs begin with fresh random seeds, the two briefing fields can be respun, and you can immediately draft another cabinet after the result. Classic leaderboard records use the all-time period. Only a player’s best verified score is displayed, with faster completion breaking an equal-score tie.
The Daily challenge removes respins. Everyone receives the same five rounds for the UTC date, and the underlying seed is protected by the server. Replaying the same Daily with the same cabinet produces the same score, so refreshing cannot manufacture favorable luck. The board resets at 00:00 UTC. This makes Daily the clearest competitive format: the available information is identical and the difference comes from assignment choices.
What Happens After You Complete Your Cabinet
After the fifth appointment, a short simulation calculates role fit, country diversity, and a bounded field condition tied to the run and cabinet. The animation can be reduced through your operating system’s reduced-motion preference and never changes the outcome. Your browser can show the score locally without contacting Neon. To publish, the server verifies the signed run token, replays every respin and choice, confirms that all candidates came from valid pools, rejects duplicate people or seats, and recomputes the score.
If verification succeeds and the leaderboard database is available, you can publish under a short public nickname. The service stores only the best result for that anonymous device, mode, and period.
